All zNitro products are covered by our Lifetime Replacement program. There are two options for warranty exchange.
Option 1. Contact the retailer where you purchased your zNitro product regarding their warranty and exchange policy. Warranty proceedures vary by retailer.
Option 2: Warranty your product directly through zNitro by following these simple steps below:

Begin your claim by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1) Copy of proof of purchase - we will accept a picture of your receipt
2) A picture of the item you wish to replace/warranty
3) Product type
4) Make and model of your phone or device
5) Reason for return/replacement
The replacement process usually takes 3-5 business days. For International orders, the customer is responsible for shipping and duty charges on the replacement. Thank you for your patience at this time.

If you purhcased zNitro items from a retail store or 3rd party online reseller you will need to contact them directly for any returns and/or refunds.
If you purchased a product from www.znitro.com please follow the process below for a return or refund.
zNitro has a 30 day money back guarantee for all items purchasd direclty from www.znitro.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products please email email@example.com to begin the refund process. All refunds require sending back the product with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After the 30 day grace period, zNitro will not accept returns unless the item is defective under our warranty policy. We cannot process refunds over the phone, all requests must be submitted via email.

Free shipping to the continental United States with every zNitro purchase! This is available via standard USPS delivery. If you want your order to arrive more quickly simply choose an expedited shipping method at checkout. *International orders, promotional items, warranties and giveaway orders will be required to pay for shipping seperately. Most standard shipped items will ship within 1-2 business days First Class via USPS (unless otherwise specified). Please allow 5 to 14 business days for your product to arrive. In addition to and without limiting anything from the previous disclaimers, the limited warranty also does not, under any circumstances, cover any replacement or cost of any personal property or electronic device that comes in contact with the zNitro product.

How do I install zNitro products on my device?

What is your product made out of?
Nitro Shield is a ricochet density film originally designed for the military. It is made of a soft core covered by a rigid outer layer. This two layer design prevents scratches, chips, and scuffs. Since its inception, this material has been used successfully in applications ranging from aircraft design to NASCAR.
Is Nitro Shield visible once it's applied?
Nitro Shield was designed to NOT change the appearance of your device. Once applied, Nitro Shield is virtually invisible!
Does Nitro Shield interfere with use of a touch screen?
Not at all. It actually protects the touch screens from getting scratched. In addition, it provides a better grip on your device
Do you offer protectors for devices that are not listed on your website?
Clear Protector can create a custom design to fit your specific device - no cutting or trimming necessary. Please send an email to email@example.com. In your email include the make, model and dimensions. One of our representatives will reply within 1-2 business days to let you know if we are able to create your custom protector.
What is the difference between Extended Armor and Screen Armor?
Extended armor provides maximum front and back coverage and at times it covers the sides. Screen provides a maximum LCD protection. On flip phones, it covers interior and exterior screens.
How can screen protectors be safely cleaned and reapplied?
Simply clean it with Windex or other soft LCD cleaning solution. We advise not removing the protector to clean it, as installing it second time does not result in the clarity and adhesiveness given on the first installation.
I was putting my protector on and noticed my thumbprint on the sticky part on one of the corners, what can I do to remove it ?
As suggested in our installation instructions, wash your hands thoroughly with gentle soap and water before installation. If you get finger prints on the film, please carefully peel up the corner and rub it with soapy water and it should come off. This needs to be done before the protector has dried, or you may experience the same re-installation problems described above.
Does the Extended Armor include the Screen Armor?
Yes it does.
Can your product be installed on a notebook screen? If so, does it affect the screen in the future, and can it be removed without damaging the screen?
We do not suggest installing a Nitro Shield on a laptop or notebook screen. Water is used during the installation process, and although it is a minimal amount, damage could occur.
Does the protector come with application spray?
The protector does require a soapy solution which is made of water and a drop of liquid soap. We choose not to include this for environmental reasons as well as to keep our prices low.
